Cheryl Croall is the Executive Coordinator at Dynamic Results, LLC, where she provides support to Henry Evans and assists in the firm’s daily operations. She also provides quality client service, contributes to marketing efforts, and manages special events and projects. She utilizes her strengths in collaboration and operation management to assist in Dynamic Result’s commitment to excellence.
Cheryl’s extensive experience as a professional office administrator and background in communication complements her role as the Executive Coordinator. Prior to Dynamic Results, Cheryl was an Executive Assistant to the CEO at a boutique private-equity firm in Dallas where she used a strategic approach in managing logistical and administrative tasks. Before returning to Dallas as a native Texan, Cheryl lived in Salem, MA and worked as the Administrative Associate for a private-equity firm in Boston, MA. While there, she supported the CEO, assisted in operations, and utilized her strengths in marketing and event planning. Cheryl holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Florida State University. She is excited to work in an industry so well aligned with her experience and education.
Cheryl serves her community by mentoring working adults pursuing educational and professional development. She is an Associate Professor at one of the largest private universities in North America where she teaches Introduction to Written and Oral Communication, as well as various other communication courses. Cheryl also participates in a Dallas non-profit agency that is dedicated to promoting personal growth for women seeking self-sufficiency. The program provides resources to help women gain self-esteem and knowledge to succeed in and out of the workplace.
Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She and her husband, Ian, reside in Lake Highlands with their rescue cat, Salem. They enjoy traveling to Ian’s home state of Massachusetts and to the Caribbean where they enjoy soaking-up the sun and scuba-diving. While at home, Cheryl enjoys watching Florida State football and Red Sox games with friends.
