Abigail Heinz is a Client Engagement Consultant with Dynamic Results. She brings 6 years of consulting and coaching experience to Dynamic Results. Abigail has led and participated in change management, leadership development, and process improvement engagements for multi-national corporations, mid-size businesses, and community organizations.
Abigail is passionate about facilitating leaders and teams through developing effective and innovative processes, behaviors, and culture. Immediately prior to joining Dynamic Results, Abigail co-facilitated a major leadership development project for Hitachi Data Systems, providing development for more than 1700 Director-to-Manager level leaders.
Abigail has a Masters’ degree in Organization Development from Sonoma State University and an undergraduate degree in Communication, Art & Culture from Antioch University. She is certified in Conflict Mediation and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Before moving to California, Abigail was a Trainer for the Coro Leadership Center in her hometown, Saint Louis.
