From start to finish, our Emotional Safety^® trainings keep people engaged with live, wireless polling, lots of discussion and interaction, and active workbooks which act as powerful learning and implementation tools when participants return to their “real world” of your organization.

What To Expect

Our Emotional Safety^® training is most often delivered in two Levels. Level I (L1) and Level II (L2) are ½ day workshops, each followed every 30 to 60 days by webinars which are up to 90 minutes each. This allows your team to get an intensive training session followed by a period of real world practice, and the chance to come back to the webinars with their questions and challenges in real time.

Our proprietary method for teaching emotional intelligence is used by organizations and academic institutions globally.

FAQs About the Program

What should we do to prepare for the program?

Your people are busy and we respect that. Participants are asked to fill out an Emotional Intelligence Assessment which they will explore in the first session. This individual assessment will be the foundation of the Individual Development Plan they will use to develop job and organization specific behaviors.

Do you provide other methods of reinforcing the learning?

Yes, we also offer one on one coaching, leadership team development programs, keynote addresses, free resources online (subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page), and customized learning solutions.

What is unique about your program?

Other programs are academic in nature and heavily research focused. We make the complex simple and as one example, turn three hundred pages of research into an image of a see-saw to communicate the relationship between emotions and objectivity. Our approach respects that people are busy and is application focused.
