As Director of Client Solutions, Alan is invigorated by the responsibility of creating innovative solutions and strategies for a global customer base, as well as prospective clients seeking to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Alan possesses a genuine understanding of the importance of delivering game-changing insight to clients by placing their needs and goals at the center of everything he does. He has led enterprise systems by building client-focused strategies, professional training, and objective implementation to help clients reach their goals while utilizing scalable methodologies and cost-effective solutions. The passion to research new methods and strategies demonstrates Alan’s unending curiosity in the pursuit of innovation and excellence. He believes in going the extra mile to deliver insightful perspectives to clients, not just products.

Alan brings almost 25 years of experience in various project management and client-focused roles across the globe. Prior to joining Dynamic Results, he served as Sales Vice President with Miller Heiman Group, in which he was responsible for enterprise global relationships, strategies and solutions. Between 2001 and 2012, Alan held three roles at FedEx Office, having started as Account Manager, then Major Account Manager in 2003 and finally Market Sales Manager – a position he held for nine years.

Alan resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Lori and their three kids, Moran, Preston and Chase. He enjoys coaching youth basketball and lacrosse, while trying to get in a round of golf every now and then. His golf game needs some help!
