Beth Armknecht Miller is a Senior Associate with Dynamic Results. She works with entrepreneurs and organizational executive leadership, providing guidance in areas such as talent assessment, employee engagement, talent development, and creating greater enterprise value. Beth has worked with a range of clients, including IBM, NPI Financial, McKesson, Georgia Health Sciences University and A1 Quick Delivery. Her expertise has helped these and other clients create a culture of achievement, engagement and accountability resulting in higher productivity and talent retention and greater profitability.
Beth is a graduate of Babson College and has completed Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) Program. She is a Certified Managerial Coach and is also certified in Myers Briggs, Hogan, and Business DNA, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Facilitation and Advanced Facilitation from Leadership Strategies.
Beth has a uniquely blended business background, which includes roles in financial management with Hewlett Packard and account management with Coopers & Lybrand, now PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She has also been a successful entrepreneur and business owner herself and understands the challenges and opportunities her clients face from both a professional and personal perspective.
Beth has served in board-level leadership roles within several prestigious organizations, such as the Society of International Business Fellows and the Atlanta chapter of the Harvard Business School Club. She has also served for many years as a Chair with Vistage, the most prestigious CEO and business owner peer advisory organization in the world.
Beth’s expertise is in demand and she has spoken to audiences throughout the United States on leadership and talent development topics at both national and regional events for organizations such as AICPA, SHRM, and CIO Magazine’s CIO Pathways program. She has also been featured on popular websites and blogs, including Entrepreneur.com, Smartbriefs Leadership, TalentCulture, Random Acts of Leadership, About.com, HR.com, and SunTrust Small Business. She has also written a well-reviewed book on talent management, development and acquisition entitled, “Are You Talent Obsessed?”
