David Reed brings a unique combination of an engineering education, real world experience, and entertaining presentation skills to each client engagement. Obtaining degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas A&M University provided the technical, process minded approach to reviewing work processes. His interpersonal skills have allowed David to successfully provide consulting and training services in several key areas including customer service, human resources, and leadership coaching.
Over fifteen years ago, David realized he wanted to ultimately focus on two areas: 1) Customer Service and 2) Leadership. His belief is that if any organization can do a good job in these areas, they will ultimately be successful.
David served with Andersen Consulting, Exxon, and in senior leadership roles with several smaller companies. His last stop prior to his current incarnation was with Walt Disney World in Orlando.
David has provided business consulting, training, and speaking services for a wide variety of companies including State Farm Insurance, Concentra, Crosstex Energy, Valencia Community College Foundation, City of Missouri City, Prestonwood Christian Academy, Family Support Services of North Florida, The Holy Land Experience, General Motors, Florida’s Department of Children & Families, Devereux Foundation, and Eckerd Youth Alternatives.
David is the author of three easy read customer service books. He travels throughout the country and conducts customer service training and consulting for a variety of organizations.
When not busy on a client engagement, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and two children, Holly age 11, and Tony age 14. They are very involved at their local church and enjoy volunteering within the youth department and hosting events at their home. The favorite family vacations involve cruises to different destinations and spending time with friends.
