Debra is an Executive Coordinator for Dynamic Results. In this role, she supports our Associates in scheduling, meeting planning, and travel arrangements.  She provides back up support to Managing Partner, Henry Evans.  Debra also assists in operations, client communications, supporting our clients during strategic planning sessions, and general meeting assistance.

With a background in business administration, Debra has focused her talents on providing high level executive assistance. She has been the Executive Assistant for multiple executives including partners of a top ten accounting firm, the general manager of an international hotel chain, and the CEO and Board of Directors of a large non-profit organization in Oregon.

Debra’s passion for customer service has allowed her to build long lasting relationships with not only those she has supported, but with clients and coworkers as well.

Debra was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and raised in a small town south of the city. She lived in Oregon for nearly 20 years but never lost her love for New Mexico and returned home to Albuquerque in 2008.

Debra is committed to giving back to her community and volunteers as a Big Sister with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico organization. She is also an active participant and fundraiser in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk every year.
