Florian Hoefling

Florian is an Executive Coach and Leadership & Organizational Developer. He accompanies executives and organizations in the process of change and progress, always aiming towards self-determination and sustainable value-creation. His focus is centered around self-leadership – the belief that individual and organizational progress and success arise from taking responsibility and managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a way that aligns with values, goals, and aspirations.
Florian is a certified Business Coach and Trainer, a Positive Intelligence Coach, Cross Cultural Change Management Expert and Innovation and Strategic Simulations Trainer. He has comprehensive coaching and consulting experience with various participant profiles, diverse teams – cross-sector and cross-functional – within multinational enterprises, small and medium sized companies, start-ups, social ventures as well as executives across all hierarchy levels.

Previously, Florian was Marketing Director for Asia-Pacific for the leading global automotive supplier, dispatched to Taipei, Taiwan. He has ten years of operational leadership experience – hierarchical, cross-functional, international, project-related – in the areas of sales, marketing, product management and business development. Additionally, he has emphasized organizational development within his leadership roles by building-up a business sector in Asia, negotiating and closing two Joint-Ventures in China and leading the post-merger-integration effort of bringing a Taiwanese mid-sized enterprise into a global organization. He has extensive work experience abroad (16 years) with stays in UK, France, Brazil, China and Taiwan.

Florian holds a MSc degree, the German “Diplomkaufmann” and the French “Diplôme de Grande École” in International Management from the European School of Management – Paris and Berlin – and a BSc degree in International Business & Modern Languages from the Aston Business School in the UK.
Florian is a keen traveller and culture explorer. He speaks four languages fluently (German, English, French, Portuguese). He is living an integrated life where work and life co-exist naturally. He is a single dad of a son living in Munich. As former competitive soccer player, he still enjoys sports, mostly the challenges that the mountains around Munich have to offer.
