Kris is a Senior Associate with Dynamic Results, LLC. She is an experienced organizational and leadership consultant and has worked with leaders and teams in government, education, and nonprofit organizations across the United States. She is skilled in the redesign and implementation of programs, mentoring emerging leaders, technical writing and research, education and training, gap analyses and strategic planning, and conference/meeting planning and facilitation. She specializes in helping leaders and teams determine successful future directions for their organizations to thrive and achieve their mission in an ever-changing 21st century by bringing together diverse perspectives to enhance collaboration and solve complex problems through developing self-awareness, competency-building, and addressing the root source of problems.
Kris has authored several online learning courses in the Social Determinants of Health and Achieving the Quadruple Aim in Healthcare Organizations, the latter focusing particularly on “finding joy in work” to prevent the high rates of burnout among healthcare professionals. Those courses are available to a nationwide audience. She has written dozens of white papers and articles about the importance of cross-systems relationships, community-based care, quality improvement, and evaluation research.
In her 35-year career she has had experiences as a clinician, administrator, executive, advocate, and policy maker. She is passionate about improving systems and communities to assure that all people can live lives of meaning and purpose. She participates in several professional societies to continually inform her work.
Kris lives in Albuquerque, NM and is an active community volunteer. She is past chair, Board of Directors, Bethany College, Lindsborg, KS; a long-time key volunteer for Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity; and is past president of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) New Mexico. She completed her baccalaureate studies in psychology at Bethany College, KS. Her graduate studies were undertaken at The Pennsylvania State University resulting in a master’s in community psychology and the PhD in public administration, with a concentration on health policy.
