Marcela Fernandez

Marcela is a Senior Associate with Dynamic Results. She is Argentinian, and has lived in México City since 2003. She has a degree in Business Administration (UADE), Public Accountant (UADE), and a post-graduate in Industrial Executive Management Development-PDD (IAE). She is a Licensed Practitioner of NLP sponsored by the society of Neuro-linguistic Programming TM. She speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.

She is a coach, speaker and agent for organizational change, it is Marcela´s “job” to inspire business, organizations and individuals of Fortune 500 companies, to embrace their spirit to maximize their human potential and increase self-awareness. Her research and consulting activities are focused on high performance leadership, conversational leadership, high performance teamwork, change management, dialogue, stress management, and emotional intelligence.

She is a certificated coach, specialized in leadership and ontological design (ICP); trained by Jim Selman, pioneer of coaching in the United States of America and Canada. She completed the facilitation workshop of SLII ( Ken Blanchard) and team facilitation ( team-power). She is certified in the MetaCoaching System by Michael Hall, as a ACMC (Associated Coach Meta Coaching) and completed the Organizational Coaching Certification (Diplomado) with Elena Espinal, Fernando Saenz Ford and Ivonne Hidalgo, she is certified for Michael Hall as Team Coach (2012). She has a certification in Systemic Coaching individual and team diagnosis and cubes exercise by Metasysteme Coaching Alain Cardon.

She´s a Certified Innermetrix Consultant and part of the Innermetrix International network, managing assessments solutions, she is also part of POY – the coaching game network for Latin America.

She is part of the selected top coaches for Latin American for Challenger Gray and Christmas and Penna, both hr global consulting firms.
She´s worked as CFO in C.G.R. S. A. from 1995 until 2003. She is a permanent member of the board of de C.G.R. S.A., a leading company in the automotive market. Marcela has led implementations of accounting systems, budgets and management control, and Management re-organizations. She has participated in re-engineering processes and certification of quality standards ISO 9002 and QS 9000 in the areas of Executive Management, Human Resources, Sales and Management Control.

She was a member of the problem solving commission of the PyME in the CPCECF in Mexico and of the Planning and Controls commission in the CPCECF. She has been a professor of International Commerce at the Universidad Escuela Argentina de Negocios and a Tax Professor for the Accounting Bachelor degree at Universidad Argentina De La Empresa. She participated as a coach and coordinator of groups in the ICP – the only institution in Argentina that certifies coaches with an official title in that country.

She has participated in the economic and financial elaboration of the automotive market specialization project presented along with AFAC to the Secretaría de la Industria of Argentina.

She has successfully conducted numerous executive coaching engagements in corporate environments, developing learning, communication and leadership skills to obtain extraordinary results. She has developed training programs and focused on leadership development and teambuilding, integration and continuous improvement, development of communicational skills with PNL tools, and development of leadership techniques through ontological coaching practices.

She has a great experience in team bonding and conflict management as a facilitator in more than 35 multinational companies, she has a lot of resourses to encourage participation, ownership, creativity, trust and dialogue, such us reflection journeys, games, experiencial learning, dynamics, lego blocks, ropes courses, off-site teambuilding.
