With more than 25 years of management consulting experience working in consulting firms and successfully leading her own consulting business, Rebecca brings breadth and depth to our work. Her business experience has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the complexity, challenges and rewards of leading organizations in today’s ever-changing business landscape.
Rebecca is a Senior Associate with Dynamic Results. She works with her clients to accelerate leadership growth and navigate complexity. What makes Rebecca’s style great to work with is her genuine belief that leaders have the potential to make transformational change in themselves and in the organizations in which they lead.

Rebecca’s clients value her ability to balance humor, warmth and emotional intelligence, with a laser focus on producing results. She artfully helps leaders build competency and capacity to ensure the change they’re seeking is lasting and embodied. What that produces compelling leaders who have more impact—in how they speak, act and lead.

With 10,000+ hours of combined coaching and facilitation hours, Rebecca is passionate and committed to the success of her clients. Over the years, she has implemented numerous strategic planning processes, engagement and change management initiatives, restructures, and performance assessments. Many of these have been multi-year projects where her staying power to see the efforts through produced significant and impactful outcomes.

Rebecca has a graduate degree in Business and Leadership from The George Washington University, and a graduate degree in Psychology from Marymount University. She is certified in several assessment instruments, including the Leadership Development Profile (LDP/LMP/GLP) and MBTI (steps 1 & 2). As an expert in somatic leadership, she is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and has taught Embodied Leadership courses at the Strozzi Institute.

Through her deliberate daily somatic and presence-based practices, including Qigong, meditation and exercise, Rebecca firmly lives by the principles she teaches.
