Clint is a Senior Associate with Dynamic Results. He offers leading-edge expertise in human development and organizational learning and over 18 years of experience designing capacity-building interventions across many industries including industrial technology, insurance, finance, education, military, pharmaceuticals, retail, research, and human services. His approach centers on the development of mindsets and skills, integrating emotional, interpersonal, behavioral and spiritual dimensions in order to optimize individual growth and learning, deepen alignment and collaboration, and improve team and organizational functioning.
With an educational and research background in developmental psychology, organizational systems dynamics, adult learning theory, and leadership, Clint utilizes an approach to individual assessment that places a developmental, capability-building approach at the forefront of his work. By robustly assessing leader capacity, Clint identifies the skills that individuals, teams, and organizations most need to develop. This optimizes long-term growth and addresses the complexity gap that often exists between current capabilities and the inherent demands of complicated initiatives and strategic environments.

In addition to being a facilitator, trainer, speaker, writer, and researcher, Clint has held past consultant positions at Center for Creative Leadership, Karrikins Group and Lectica, Inc.— a leader in the creation adult development assessments. He completed a Ph.D. in Human & Organizational Development and an M.A. in Organizational Development & Leadership at Fielding Graduate University. His research examined the relationship between change in cognitive complexity development and perspective taking, seeking and coordination in civil leaders and mangers.
