Ede is the Creative Director and guides the management, production, promotion, and distribution of the organization’s products and services. She applies her knowledge and experience from several previous positions to her role and brings a unique creative solution-oriented dimension to in Product Development.
She is a specialist in our proprietary Winning With Accountability™ and Emotional Safety® methodologies and has designed our Brandon Hall award-winning eSchool Courses for multi-national corporations, mid-size businesses, and community organizations.
She is passionate about facilitating leaders and teams by developing effective accountability behavior change.
She lives and works in Santa Fe, NM.
