Bryce is a Senior Consultant for Dynamic Results. With more than a decade of experience working with Fortune 1000, 500, and 100 companies across a variety of industries, including finance, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, sustainable food, hotels and resorts, and fashion and apparel, Bryce has a deep understanding of business and people. In addition to serving on leadership boards, his passion is working with high-profile companies and dynamic individuals at the unique intersection of inspiring strategic change, facilitating operational awareness, and helping others discover introspective transformation through professional development.
Bryce prides himself on seeking out and continually drawing upon, new psychological and organizational knowledge as a primary tool for addressing complex business problems. He has built an extensive background as a trained researcher of effective leadership practices, employee development, and strategic organizational growth. Past empirical discovery has led to academic and professional publication and the subsequent formation of digital leadership assessment tools.
Bryce very much considers himself a scholar-practitioner capable of managing and supporting a highly-informed business strategy, while working alongside clients to build a lasting relationship. Professionally, he strives to learn and develop from the formal insights and alternative thoughts and perspectives of individuals with various professional and business educational backgrounds, to supplement his own hands-on experience.
Bryce received his BA and MA from Loyola University and Ph.D. from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. His dissertation work focused on evaluating the existence of a shared language between business leaders and academics studying leadership, resulting in the finding of the 4 predominant components of effective leaders.
Living in Chicago, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife and young sons, playing competitive sports, and trying out new cooking techniques.
