Paweł brings more than twenty-five years of experience establishing, leading, and supporting operations across diverse industries, including automotive, sanitary, and machinery. He began his career as a fitter, progressing through leadership roles to serve in executive positions for the past 15 years.
At Maxcess Corporation, Paweł successfully implemented the Winning with Accountability® methodology, achieving outstanding results in multiple projects. He joined Dynamic Results in June 2025 to establish and grow the company’s presence in Poland, where he leads the local office and supports client development.
Paweł holds an M.A. in Management and Marketing from the College of Management and Psychology in Poznań and completed postgraduate studies in Environmental Management at the Poznań University of Economics.
Based near Poznań, he enjoys beach volleyball, cycling, long walks, bowling, and cooking with his wife on weekends.
