With a strong background in human capital consulting, she brings a breadth of experience in helping organizations navigate complex change and a deep interest in the human side of business.

Rachel has managed the knowledge workstream of an HR technology transformation project for a Fortune 100 global chemicals company and long-term employee communications engagements with major hospital systems, a $4.5B sports equipment brand, and a multi-national consumer goods company. She also partnered with compensation, health and benefits, and M&A consultants to deliver actionable change management strategy to clients in the technology, health care, and pest control spaces.

An expert in communications, she is passionate about helping clients carefully articulate and execute their strategic objectives. She believes language to be a key driver of accountability and has witnessed the cultural impact of language in organizations and teams of varying sizes and expertise.

Rachel holds BAs in English Literature and Spanish Language from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Management from the Ross School of Business.

Rachel grew up in West Michigan and has lived in Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Seville. She currently lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. In her free time, she enjoys participating in group fitness and completing the New York Times daily crossword.
